Twin Flame Journey: Inspiring Balance and Clarity in the Post-Healing Phase

This is a very insightful question: It is the phase when you ask yourself; “I have healed and I feel balanced within myself. Now what?!”
This phase is neutral — you look back on the lessons learned from your experiences and then gather all the knowledge to figure out what to do next.
This phase is rarely talked about because we get too stuck on the separation phase and we forget that there is sunshine after the Grey days.

I also understand how overwhelmed you feel in this phase because you have no idea what follows suit — during the separation phase, you feel like you are going through the motions.
Then you come out of it and you wonder why you were stressing in the first place.
It is easy to feel helpless after the Surrender phase because you have no map on how to move forward.

I am two steps ahead of this phase — this is what I did to inspire myself to stay balanced:
Set goals

Initiate contact with your Twin Flame by giving a clear perspective of how you feel and your aspirations — you don’t wanna be left on the sideline.
Re-evaluation— be honest with yourself— figure out what you want out of your life. Think about the meaning of your life. This is the phase when you start to map out your life mission.
Self-love — rediscover your authenticity
